    If the requested product is temporarily out of stock or if the quantity ordered exceeds current availability, your order may be canceled. We will notify you and work to resolve the issue or offer alternatives when possible.
  • Disputes and Product Concerns:
    If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or have any concerns, please contact our customer care team immediately. We will work with you to find a fair and swift resolution.
  • Out-of-Stock Items:
    In rare cases where we cannot source the product, we will cancel the order and notify you. A refund will be processed if applicable.
  • Unpaid Orders:
    Orders without confirmed payment will not be processed. Payment is required to confirm and dispatch your order.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please provide a reason and reach out to our support team to initiate the cancellation.
  • Non-Receipt of Payment:
    If payment is not received or is unsuccessful, the order will be considered canceled.

Refund Policy

We’re committed to your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s how our refund process works:

Order & Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Within 24 hours, we will update you on your order status or notify you of any issues.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Shipping Details

  • We ship to both residential and workplace addresses.
  • Our standard and recommended shipping method is registered airmail ($12), which requires a signature upon delivery.
  • If unavailable at delivery, you’ll receive a postal notice with pickup instructions. The package will be held for 4 weeks.

PO Boxes & APO Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses where supported. Update your My Account settings to use these as your primary delivery addresses.

Customs & Import Delays

Our products ship from India and may be subject to local Customs checks in your country. This may lead to delivery delays of up to 3 weeks. We encourage ordering in advance to account for possible Customs hold-ups.

Delivery Times

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
  • Delivery times vary based on your country and postal service.
  • Customs delays may extend delivery by an additional 3–21 days.
  • If your order is delayed, please wait 7 extra days after the standard delivery window before contacting support.

Lost Orders & Reshipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 weeks from the shipping date, we offer a full refund or reshipment, provided:

  • You report the issue after waiting an additional 7 days past the expected delivery date.
  • The shipping address you provided was accurate.

If an incorrect address was given, a reshipment fee will apply. Once the original item is returned to us, a refund will be processed (return shipping not included).

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We gladly offer replacements or full refunds for orders that are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Never received within the timeframe mentioned

Before requesting a refund:

  • Please wait at least 30 days from the shipping date.
  • Submit a support ticket through our refund section.

Eligible products for refund must meet the following:

  • Have at least 3 months before the expiry date.
  • Be unopened and unused.
